“If my child’s hungry, I’m going to feed it,” Compton, who is facing 180 days for child endangerment, says. She also claims she will feed and drive again, if her baby requires it.
We say if your baby needs to eat, feed it, but you may want to pull over first.

Beverly, Bruce and I have finished the training in Delaware for
wheel chair dancing! What a wonderful experience and great time we had.
I can wait until I can put all these knowledge to work.
Since
Beverly required a new wheelchair to be able to dance more comfortable
and easier to maneuver, she proceeded to purchase a chair measured and
customized specifically for her. What I did not know was that I would
be returning to San Diego in that wheelchair.
The plan
was to travel back to San Diego together. However, Beverly and
Bruce's tickets turned out to be at different times. Nevertheless, I
had no problem returning back in the wheelchair. What I experienced
next was quite incredible and an eye- opening for me. Now I can say
that I have rolled in her wheels.
Bruce took me to
Philadelphia airport and I checked in my bags and proceeded to the gate
in Beverly's wheelchair as if It was my personal chair. I was actually
excited and really wanted to know what it felt like... and since I had
been told about how people in wheelchairs are treated, I was up to the
challenge.
At first I just cruised toward the security
check and I was allowed to go in a special lane. The security people
padded me down and to my surprise, touched me in places I did not
expect. Well I thought to myself this is different! I guess the
security person did not think I had any feeling in my private parts
since she went about as if she was touching my arm.
I
asked if this was normal and she said they had to make sure there were
no conceal weapons, or any unauthorized items. I guess she just assumed
that I did not have any feeling on that part of my body and that she
could feel all she wanted. That was quite a surprise to me and an
embarrassment to her when I told her that I definitely felt her hand!
After
that exciting incident, I continued to roll my wheelchair towards the
gate and noticed how people would not even look at me or simply ignored
the fact that I was present. How sad I thought to myself. I actually
would try to make eye contact, but no response unless I was about to
run them over.
I stopped to have lunch at a local shop
and still felt the same kind of attitude from the people around, the
clerk took my money and I went to look for a table where I could
accommodate myself to eat. At first it was kind of difficult to carry
the food, my carry-on bag and steer the wheelchair, but somehow I
managed and was really getting used to it.
After I
started to eat, I notice how people simply went by and gave me that
look of sorrow, and when I would look back, they simply just look away.
I never had that happened to me and I felt as low as I was in that
chair. Without thinking, I kind of began to feel a little pissed,
excuse my French here. ( I am Spanish) while feeling this way, there
were 2 little girls that ran up to me all excited and wanted to ask how
come I was in the wheelchair. They were really friendly and did not
really care that I was in a wheelchair, They just talked and asked
questions with the curiosity of any child. They asked my name and gave
me theirs until they ran back to their mom.
I stopped
feeling sorry for myself but I definitely understood. How can people
look at a person in a wheelchair as different? We are no different and
certainly there is nothing wrong with being in a wheelchair. If
anything, I thought that it would be nice if at least a person
acknowledged and looked at me without having to feel sorry for me. I
finished my lunch and went to the gate. The thing I remember the most
is that I felt very short, I am about 5"8' but I felt as if I was only
3", event the little girls where above my eye level.
I
got on the plane first and was treated with extra care by the
stewardesses and the other people around me. This little experience has
definitely changed my view about those in wheelchairs and since that
day I vow to not only look at them but to also acknowledge the fact
that they are there. I will try to remember not to judge or assume
anything!
If you are reading this posted message I would
ask that you simply remember this experience I am sharing with all of
you Although you may never get to do what I did, just remember to view
a person in a wheelchair as a human being and that you extend a warm
look of love and not a look of pity or sorrow.

On August 1st, 2008 Absolutely DanceSport certifies in Wheel Chair Dancing with American Dance Wheels Foundation.
Absolutely DanceSport is now the first dance studio to offer wheel chair dancing to the california disabled community.
This website was created as a tribute to a very special lady named Beverly Weurding.
Beverly's motivation to bring wheelchair dancing to the disable community here in San Diego, started an avalanche of ideas, benefits and services that will be available to physically challenge individuals.
Absolutely DanceSport is proud to honor her as a pioneer in bringing wheelchair dancing for the first time to San Diego, California.
Wheelchair DanceSport is a partner dance competition and DanceSport where at least one dancer is in a wheelchair.
Wheelchair dancers participate in combi-style dancing with an able-bodied partner or duo dance with two wheelchairs. Standard dances include the waltz, tango, Viennese waltz, slow foxtrot and quickstep.
Latin-American dances include the samba, cha-cha-cha, rumba, paso doble and jive. In 1977, the first international competition in Wheelchair Dance Sport is governed by the International Paralympic Wheelchair Dance Sport Committee (IPWDSC) following the modified rules of the International DanceSport Federation (IDSF) and is widely practiced by athletes in many countries.
Wheelchair dancing is a popular social and recreational activity, with more than 5,000 dancers in over 40 countries. The physical benefits of wheelchair dancing are to assists with the maintenance of physical balance, flexibility, range of motion, coordination, and it enhances respiratory control. The psychological effect of ballroom dancing is social interaction and the development of relationships.
For social dancers, it is an opportunity to engage in a fun and a friendly event with others. For competitors, it assist in the development of fair play, sportsmanship and communication skills. Wheelchair dancing is an activity that integrates the wheelchair user and able-bodied person.
Absolutely DanceSport will open its doors wide open to the disable community starting August 5th, 2008.

The Sport of Wheelchair Dancing Grows in Popularity Worldwide.
Wheelchair dancing is continuing to grow in popularity around the globe and is now recognized as an official international paralympic sport.
With an increasing number of dance centers and organizations that cater to those who are physically challenged, wheelchair users can learn to dance socially or competitively -- and actively participate in their favorite dance styles, including square dancing, line dancing, ballet, jazz, Latin American, and traditional ballroom dancing.
In more than 40 countries, people of all ages and physical abilities participate in dance activities with their manual or power mobility chairs. There are four ways in which to dance:
Combi-dance: Integrates an able-bodied individual with a disabled dancer and allows couples to participate in dances such as waltz, tango, Viennese waltz, slowfox, and quickstep, as well as Latin American dances, such as samba, cha-cha, rumba, paso doble, and jive.
Duo-dance: Features two wheelchair dancers gracing the dance floor together
Group-dance: Includes wheelchair
users and able-bodied individuals dancing in synchronized formation, as
well as participating with free-style movement to the music.
Single dance: Describes solo performances when a wheelchair user dances alone.
In addition to the enjoyment derived from dance lessons, participation and competition, wheel chair dancing– like other forms of dancing – can provide benefits both physically and mentally.
Wheelchair users have said they feel more inspired and confident from regular dance involvement.
In addition, some suggest that dancing has enabled them to require less physical therapy because of the exercise they get during practice and performances.

Who is a truthful Apostle of Jesus Christ?

An apostle is one that has been sent to share the message, but not any message.
Let’s explore what Paul says in some of his epistles.
Gal 1:1Paul, an apostle—sent not from men nor by man, but by Jesus Christ and God the Father, who raised him from the dead—2and all the brothers with me.
Gal 1:11 I want you to know, brothers, that the gospel I preached is not something that man made up.
The apostle Paul began identifying from where his preaching comes from, not made up by man. However it was...
Eph 2:20 built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.
Apostle Paul’s preaching was based on a revelation of God’s mysteries. These are some examples of the mysteries revealed to Paul.
Now to him who is able to establish you by my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past, but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God, so that all nations might believe and obey him—Romans 16:24-26
that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding. And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times will have reached their fulfillment—to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, even Christ. Eph. 1:8-10
This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus. I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God's grace given me through the working of his power. Ephesians 3:6-7
Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 1 Cor. 15:51-52
The Apostle Paul specified that his revelation was given to him directly by Jesus Christ.
-Gal. 1:12 I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 3:2Surely you have heard about the administration of God's grace that was given to me for you, 3that is, the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly. 4In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, 5which was not made known to men in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God's holy apostles and prophets.
God’s revelation is a gift of His grace and when it is delivered by God is called: “administration of God’s grace.” God reveals to His new covenant apostles mysteries based on the foundation of Jesus Christ, the apostles of the Lamb and the prophets of the law, who were the ones that prophesized about the coming of God’s grace.
Ephesians 3:8Although I am less than the least of all God's people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, 9and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things. 10His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms.
God uses His apostles to reveal to the church the mysteries that are still covered or forgotten.
That the church may continue growing... “being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God (Eph 3:17-19).”

" 'I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,' the Lord replied. 16'Now get up and stand on your feet. I have appeared to you to appoint you as a servant and as a witness of what you have seen of me and what I will show you. 17I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles. I am sending you to them 18to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.'
The calling has basic aspects:
- The chosen must have a real and personal encounter with the resurrected Christ. It is visual and auditable, can be through a real presence in the natural realm or can be through a vision or a dream.
- The chosen have heard the voice of Christ Jesus and His calling personally.
- The chosen have been taught be Christ with a revelation of His mysteries.
- The chosen is sent by Christ Jesus and he/she know it!
- The chosen and sent apostle will obey the Word even if it leads to solitude, rejection or death and will manifest a Spirit of love, because God is love.
Because of been chosen as an apostle of Jesus Christ the miraculous will manifest as power through the Holy Spirit which is according to God’s wisdom and grace.
After God called me, the grace that was given to me by God is the revelation of a profound mystery that God separated me to preach to the church.
Eph 5:31"For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh." 32This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church.
