Rocsi and Terrence J hosted the special episode which featured live performances and appearances by T.I., Jennifer Hudson, Bow Wow,Soulja Boy, Keyshia Cole, Terrence Howard, LL Cool J, Ray J and Busta Rhymes. Rosci was insisting that she's going to be around for another 2000 episodes. But no one know if her career survive the LisaRaye/Michael Misick divorce scandal. Since its introduction in 2000, the hip-hop/R&B-oriented show has become a cultural touchstone for fans and a launching pad not only for music but also for movies. Terrence (Terrence Jenkins) and Rocsi (Raquel Roxanne Diaz), the upbeat hosts of the daily live show, routinely greet such stars as Jay-Z, Madonna, Snoop Dogg and Mariah Carey before an enthusiastic audience.
The program scored a coup last September when Kanye West and 50 Cent appeared on the eve of their ballyhooed album release showdown. And just last week, Tropic Thunder stars Ben Stiller, Jack Black and Robert Downey Jr. were on the set.
"It's for all youth, not just urban youth," says Stephen Hill, BET's executive vice president of music, programming and talent. The show is introducing an online social community,106 & Park; Park Connect, that will make the already interactive show more accessible. source

The LisaRaye McCoy-Misick & Michael Misick soap opera continues. The fairytale is definitely over for the pair who had a Grace Kelly style whirlwind romance.
The romance had started beautifully. Three months after meeting LisaRaye, who appeared in the 2003 sitcom "All of Us," Misick popped the question with a 10-carat diamond ring. Their 2006 wedding at the exclusive Amanyara resort featured an orchid-covered altar and a sugar-spun horse and carriage with miniatures of the couple inside. Vivica Fox and LisaRaye's half-sister, Da Brat, were in the bridal party, and Misick paid $4,000 just to ship her wedding dress there, saying, "I want to give her everything she wants." The couple honeymooned in Bali, which we guess is where you go when you live in Turks and Caicos.
The couple made a social splash in New York as sexy LisaRaye played the role of first lady and Misick, just 41, hugely boosted tourism on the pristine 40-island cluster, where Keith Richards and Bruce Willis have homes along the world's third-biggest barrier reef.
But the marriage deteriorated quickly amidst charges of infidelity. LisaRaye was accused of having an affair with former Miami Heat point guard Gary Payton, who separated from his wife this week. And Misick allowed BET veejay Rocsi to hold court in the mansion while LisaRaye was away, angering his wife.
Payton's spokesman denied it, and BET wouldn't comment on Rocsi.
A friend of the prime minister told us: "LisaRaye is nothing more than a gold digger. She wants a cash settlement upwards of several million dollars."
Jetter shot back: "That's what she should be doing. She deserves spousal support. She hasn't been going on auditions and things, so she devoted her time to him and hasn't been working as much. It's not like she's coming in like Rocsi, just being on BET."
Oh, no she didn't!
There are now rumors that LisaRaye fought with her husband last week because he hired a private investigator who had evidence of her having an affair.
According to a very reliable source, the reason behind LisaRaye’s shocking public meltdown last week was not because her husband, Turks & Caicos Premier Michael Misick, was tapping a much younger chick than herself. It turns out the real reason was LisaRaye found out Misick had hired a private investigator to tail her while she partied it up on the arms of a much younger man here in the states. Apparently, the private investigator collected all the evidence the Premier needed to prove LisaRaye was an adulterer. For LisaRaye this meant two things: she will lose her coveted “First Lady” title (to Rocsi, no less) and her days of raiding the Island coffers to finance her extravagant lifestyle were over. source

Rumors recently surfaced last month that the starlet and the Premiere were headed toward splitsville, built on the grumblings that Misick had fathered a child of a Miami woman and that the people of the islands were not particularly fond of their new First Lady LisaRaye. But the actress says it's all false.
"There were some rumors going around that Michael and I were getting a divorce and that the Islanders were saying they don't see me down there a lot," she reviewed. "I don't really know how these accusations came out that Michael and I are getting a divorce. Especially when I am still in my honeymoon stages right now. It's just not true. I've had a good handful of people calling me.
Being in the business, I've grown to have a thick skin. And I know that when you're hot, people want to talk about you - so I take it and reverse it and say, 'Ok, if you think that my life is that interesting, that you want to talk about it or start gossip, then go ahead." source

Turks and Caicos: The Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) Michael Misick, and his estranged wife LisaRaye McCoy-Misick were involved in a violent confrontation at the Premier’s mansion on Wednesday night, according to reliable sources.
The fight, which reportedly occurred in the presence of a number of government officials, including the Minister for Health and Education, Lillian Been-Boyce, resulted in both Misicks seeking emergency medical attention for bites. Each has filed a police report against the other.
On Tuesday, Michael Misick had released a brief press statement, saying, “I am announcing that I am separated from LisaRaye McCoy-Misick.”
LisaRaye had returned to the TCI this week, reportedly to negotiate a divorce settlement but, according to our sources, this process had gone very badly from her standpoint. Misick is said to have refused to allow his wife to stay at the Premier’s mansion and she is believed to be staying at a local beach resort.
On Wednesday night, for unknown reasons, LisaRaye decided to confront Misick at his mansion, which resulted in the violent altercation. source

It is with great sadness that I have to announce that my husband and I have separated.
Last night, Wednesday August 13, 2008, an attempt was made by and on behalf of my husband to first prevent my entry into our home and then, later, to make me leave our home by force.
It was necessary for me to receive medical treatment for injuries suffered and in relation to those injuries I shall continue to assist the police force with its enquiries.
Whilst it is my sincere wish to avoid unnecessary conflict, I shall not be intimidated, nor shall those individuals whose job it is to protect and represent me.
I ask that my privacy be respected in these difficult times and I believe that the people of the TCI will understand and support my wish to receive the necessary independent representation from the legal counsel of my choosing. I hope that, in time, the TCI government will come to share that view.
Although I have always been a supportive wife even in light of the very serious allegations currently pending against the Premier, there are limits even for me.
I continue to have the utmost respect for the people of the TCI who have always shown me kindness and support. I vow to continue my work amongst the people of Turks and Caicos Islands.
Until recently I had hoped that I would be able to continue to assist my husband during what will undoubtedly be difficult times ahead for him. I do not wish to have to add to his difficulties.

The LisaRaye/ Michael Misick/Rocsi affair love triangle is definitely drama like any soap opera we have watched. This could be a high stakes episode of General Hospital because everyone ended up in the emergency room after LisaRaye and her husband had a violent brawl. There is word that her divorce from Turks & Caicos Premier Michael Misick got off to a toxic start when both of them fought each other. Home wrecker Rocsi better watch out because LisaRaye is on the loose and Rocsilla is about to get hers for sure. This is not the first time there have been rumors of Michael Misick cheating and having an affair. LisaRaye is a serious ride or die chick.
According to local news reports, LisaRaye wasn’t alone when she bum rushed a meeting between Misick and his cabinet ministers on Wednesday night. According to Misick’s spokesperson, LisaRaye, her cousin Phillip Travis, and her publicist Lynn Allen Jeter, “assaulted the guard at the Premier’s home, and proceeded to ransack the house, and then assaulted the Premier and his sister.”
Jeter has also, at one time, handled publicity chores for Da Brat (LisaRaye’s play play “sister”), and Magic Johnson (who is as gully as they come). Most of you don’t know that it was Jeter who started this whole mess by emailing the details of Misick’s sordid affair with BET 106 & Park co-host Rocsi, to key industry execs and select media.
“We knew about him and Rocsi for a minute. But [Jeter] literally blew the door wide open on that scandal,” said an industry exec, who asked to remain anonymous. “[Jeter] told LisaRaye, ‘let me handle this, baby. I got this!,’ and she handled it!,” laughed the exec.
“No job is too big or too small. We do it all, whether it’s 2 or 50,000 people,” asserts Lynn Allen Jeter on her company website. Now that’s gully!

There were reports that Lisa Raye had reconciled with her husband premier Michael Misick.The couple were rumored to have broken up after he was charged with rape and seen creeping with 106 & Park VJ Rocsi. Now there is news that poor Lisa Raye got dumped and her hubby is filing for divorce. Being a homewrecker is not a good look for Rocsi if this whole thing is true.

LisaRaye has reportedly reconciled with her cheating husband and returned to her role as First Lady in Turks and Caicos. A statement was released from LisaRaye's reps that her husband, premier Michael Misick was having an affair with BET 106 & Park VJ Rocsi. Michael Misick was accused of rape and was involved in a FBI investigation.
*A rep for actress LisaRaye released a statement over the weekend suggesting that her husband, Turks & Caicos Premier Michael Misick, is creepin' with BET's Rocsi of "106 & Park." According to publicity firm Lynn Allen Jeter & Associates, the two were seen "canoodling" during the T&C Music Festival over the weekend while LisaRaye was in New York."Sources have even reported that Rocsi stayed at the Misick home and hosted guests as if she was the lady of the house," the release stated. source
The NY Post claims that LisaRaye returned home because she wanted to still have the status and money attached to the gig.
*The New York Post is reporting that actress LisaRaye has moved back into the mansion she shares with Turks and Caicos Premier Michael Misick, despite reports that she was planning to file for divorce amid infidelity rumors.
Last week, a rep for the actress released a statement suggesting that Misick has been cheating with Rocsi from BET's "106 & Park," and was spotted "canoodling" with the VJ at a recent music event on the island while LisaRaye was visiting the U.S.
LisaRaye was reportedly furious and had offered to share her story with EUR's Lee Bailey, as well as the nationally-syndicated Tom Joyner Morning Show, but both interviews were cancelled by her rep.
Now, she's reportedly back on the island and back inside of the mansion, reports Page Six.
