Good evening friends, family, Romans, citizens and Mellor TV viewers around the world.
After writing a few e-mails to a good friend I thought why not share the news at the blog....so here it is.

God my live was nearly turned upside down on Monday morning (just after
10am) when I received a phone call saying that my wife had been involved in
a R.T.A. My daughter Hattie was also in the car.
A work colleague gave me a lift to the scene - as we were approaching, the
traffic on both sides of the road seemed to be normal until we reached a
point a mile or so from the incident where the police were diverting traffic
back down the other lane...my heart was in my mouth.
I told the officer that it was my wife in the 'blue fiat' so he let me pass
on foot to the scene.
Have you seen 'Crash' the film? Man the sight brought back flashbacks of
that film...getting closer seeing all the police, firemen, paramedic vehicles there and the
air ambulance landing....then seeing the wheels of the car up in the air. I
think that's when shock really kicked in....this was reality.
Getting closer I heard people saying " she's alright, she's alright".
I then saw Hattie with a paramedic sat in the back of an
ambulance but Andrea was still trapped in the car.
5 - 10 mins later the firemen cut Andrea out and put her on the stretcher.
She was conscious and quite with it.
The story was that as she approached a part of the road where 2 lanes went
down to 1, a speeding motorist behind her didn't slow down...bashed into
her car twice which sent her on to a grass verge, hitting a signpost causing the car
to roll 3 or so times. Other motorist stopped and gave immediate
assistance, one of them been a nurse.
The miraculous thing about it was after Andrea had been taken to hospital,
x-rayed and checked over (Hattie too) they were allowed to leave within 2
hours - the worst injury been a graze to Andrea's ankle!
Hattie was totally fine!

Other news from the realm.
Some of my students in the studio - maybe stars of the future -
They had a rehearsal that was filmed a few months ago - 12 or so takes.
In take 1 the guys were trying to inspire their Swedish vocalist Jimmi to come up with some lyrics but he possibly felt the pressure and was rather silent.. bless him.

For the next 11 or so takes the lad on bass (Chris) swapped places with the vocalist and well.....blossomed!
He put a set of lyrics together in 5 mins and adopted a great character in front of mic (for a quiet lad)

Joey the lad on guitar is one to watch for the future - I call him 'The English Prince' (based on working with him for the last 2 years not just on the footage.) He did swap the acoustic for a fender strat in some of the other takes)
Chris is capable of adapting to requirements which is a great aset
And finally I couldn't end the post without mentioning Benno (Adam) the drummer, there you go lad, in bold too.

FARANDULIN.TV (20 de junio de 2008) - La compositora y cantante mexicana, Julieta Venegas, presentó su más reciente producción discográfica MTV Unplugged en Hard Rock Café del Viejo San Juan.
El especial de una hora grabado en los Estudios Churubusco en la Ciudad de México y que contó con la participación de Gustavo Santaolalla, Marisa Monte, La Mala Rodríguez, Natalia Lafourcade y Juan Carlos Son, fue presentado al público previo a la entrada de la artista al escenario. Acto seguido, la interprete de "Eres Para Mi", estuvo firmando autógrafos a las primeras 200 personas que adquirieran su cd o dvd.
La artista tijuanense, además de incluir temas clásicos como "Limón y Sal", "Lento" y "Me Voy”, también añadió nuevas canciones como: "Algún Día", "Mira la Vida", "Ilusión" y el sencillo en promoción de este nuevo disco, "El Presente". Dicha producción salió al mercado el pasado 17 de junio bajo la disquera Sony BMG.

FARANDULIN.TV (4 de junio de 2008) – Cuando se habla del estilo musical ska, definitivamente hay que hablar del grupo de rock en español Skapulario, ya que tienen como base musical ese estilo.
El grupo compuesto por David (cantante y composito), Toño (guitarra) y Ángel (batería), se fundó en el 1992 cuando comenzaron su carrera tocando en pequeños lugares a través de la isla, hasta que fueron teniendo mucho auge entre la juventud. Tanto así que tras cuatro años de ausencia, regresan con su quinta producción discográfica.
HOY, es el nuevo trabajo musical del grupo y se preparan para comenzar una nueva historia en el género ska-rock. Con el tema “Eres Veneno”, primer sencillo en promoción, han logrado nuevamente captar la atención de la juventud por la energía de sus ritmos y sus líricas.

FARANDULIN.COM – El pasado jueves 22 de mayo se presentó oficialmente el disco “Para Mi” del cantautor Sie7e.
El
release party se llevó acabo en el Hard Rock Café del Viejo San Juan y
contó con la aceptación del público quienes cantaron a coro canciones
como “Vámonos”, “Cógelo”, “Oa” y su más reciente éxito “Alo”.
Su
música representa una gran fusión de ritmos y elementos musicales como
rumba, batucada, rock, blues, flamenco, bomba, entre otras. Sie7e se
dio a conocer con su anterior producción y su éxito "Cógelo" el cual
logro posicionarse en la mayoría de las radioemisoras del país.
“Estoy
súper feliz. Esto es mi sueño y me lo estoy disfrutando al máximo.
Sentir el apoyo del público, la radio y la prensa me llena de muchas
energías para continuar esta maravillosa travesía”, expresó el
cantautor.
Las próximas
presentaciones de Sie7e serán en el VideoMax Rocks en Logan’s (29 de

Who?
PEARL JAM, the FLAMING LIPS and the FOO FIGHTERS will pay tribute to THE WHO when the British rockers are feted at VH1's third annual Rock Honors show in Las Vegas in July (12Jul08).
The event marks the first time just one act has been honoured by VH1.
The Who's fanclub members will get a first pick of tickets for the honour ceremony when they go on sale on 6 June (08).

Ok, so I'm finally starting to get everything together. The first episode is going to launch soon, so I will have something other than just an idea to promote.
The layout for the website will have to work for now. I'm not too thrilled about it, but it was quick. I may just try to find someone else to do it for me, as well as the website for the label. The background was provided by shineft. You can see his work at http://www.clor.net.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE inducted MADONNA into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Monday night (10Mar08), with a saucy speech that dubbed her a control freak and revealed how the Material Girl once injected him in the backside.
The singer also called his troubled ex-girlfriend Britney Spears a Madonna "wannabe" in his cheeky monologue at the ceremony at New York's Waldorf Hotel.
After silencing whooping fans, by shouting, "Shut up, it's not about me tonight," Timberlake - who produced Madonna's latest album Hard Candy - said, "People always ask if she is the control freak people say she is. Hell yeah.
"We had a recording session in London and I wasn't feeling well. She said, 'Would you like a B 12 shot.'
"She reached into her handbag, pulled a ziplock bag of B12 syringes and says, 'Drop 'em'
"I don't know what you say to that, so I dropped my pants. She gave me the shot in my ass. It was one of the greatest days of my life.
"That is what Madonna will always be to us. The shot in the ass when we really need it. She's a woman on top and I'm sure she is enjoying that position. Nobody has got into the rock and roll of fame when they're looking this damn fine."
Before welcoming the superstar to the stage, Timberlake found time to poke fun at Britney Spears, cheekily joking: "There have been a lot of wannabes, I may have even dated a couple of them.

Professional wrestler-turned-actor DWAYNE 'THE ROCK' JOHNSON is tired of fielding questions about his wrestling future - after retiring from the sport five years ago.
The 35-year-old decided to part ways with World Wrestling Entertainment and pursue a career in Hollywood after "falling in love" with acting on the set of 2001's The Mummy Returns.
But the Scorpion King star insists he is still bombarded with queries as to when The Rock will return to the ring.
He says, "I probably wouldn't get asked that question if I had made a bigger splash about my retirement. But I retired quietly five years ago.
"I didn't want it to be a grand exit, I just wanted to walk away, so I thanked everybody that I needed to thank, and did just that."

American rockers COHEED AND CAMBRIA suffer from bouts of stage fright every time they perform - because they fear their musical equipment will malfunction.
The band insist they aren't intimidated by large audiences - but they are petrified by the prospect of a mechanical fault. Frontman Claudio Sanchez says, "Man, we've been having technical issues. When I walk out onstage now, all I'm thinking is, 'Please God, don't let my guitar break down again.

Rapper ROCK of hip-hop duo HELTAH SKELTAH has been charged with attempted second degree murder.
The star, also known as Da Rockness Monstah, was arrested on Tuesday (15Jan08) after a pimp - who had links to the infamous Bloods gang of the West Coast of America - was shot in New York.
Rock - real name Jamal Bush - was charged with attempted murder and assault charges in the first degree and remanded in custody after appearing in court on Friday (18Jan08).
Bush's lawyer, Kenneth J. Montgomery tells SOHH.com, his friends and family are making arrangements to post his $125,000 (£62,500) bail. He says, "He should be home next week on the bail package."
A trial is expected to begin within six to nine months. If convicted, lawyers predict Bush could be jailed for 25 years.

RAZORLIGHT star JOHNNY BORRELL stunned residents of a quaint coastal Scottish town - by turning up to play for their local soccer team.
The Golden Touch rocker quashed his difficult reputation by partying with the people of Oban before donning the locals' soccer kit for a match the following morning. Borrell stayed in the town en route to the Isle of Tiree, where he plans to write Razorlight's third album. He says, "I'm staying at a friend's house on Tiree to get some peace and quiet to write.
