Paris Hilton insists Eminem knew nothing about the full extent of his humiliation at the Mtv Movie Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night (May 31, ‘09)- because friends behind the scenes told her to expect a big surprise atthe ceremony.
Paris couldn't quite see who Sacha Baron Cohen's semi-naked Bruno character had landed on on his way to the stage until Eminem got up and walked out of the Universal Ampitheater - but she's convinced the prankwas more than just a publicity stunt.
Although Eminem appeared to be speaking into a microphone as he yelled,"Are you fuckin' serious?" as he looked into cameras over a suspended Cohen's bare backside, the rapper's entourage manhandled the funnyman in such a way it looked as if they weren't prepared for the Brit's outrageous entrance - and Hilton feels sure it was all a big surprise.
She says, "I don't think he (Eminem) knew because I talked to someone who was running the show before and he said a big surprise was gonna happen and the person didn't know it was gonna happen".
And Hilton isn't surprised Eminem stormed out after the unfortunate incident "I think anyone would be mad if something was, like, in your face like that... It was very odd".

The pair was recently rumored to be considering walking down the aisle and Reinhardt has now confirmed rumors of an imminent proposal, insisting he will wed Paris, reports contactmusic.com.
"I am going to ask her to marry me but I can't say when. I don't want to ruin the surprise," he said.
A source added: "They have been dating for five months and Doug has already said he's going to ask Paris to marry him in a couple of months. He doesn't see the point in waiting around. He will ask her to marry him this summer."

Fergie attended a Vanity Fair & Krug Dinner At Chateau Marmont Hosted By Keyshia Cole, Ron Fair And Manny Halley.
The pop singer hung out at the party with her hot new hubby Josh Duhamel and reality star heiresses Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian .
Keyshia Cole hung out with her pal producer/singer Akon. There is word out that Fergie exhibited some pretty nasty diva behavior towards former 90's popstar Shanice who upstaged the Duchess at a celebrity packed show in the Bahamas. If this story is true then we wouldn't support someone who treated anyone like trash. This whole stuffing the bills diss incident by Fergie against Shanice was a crackish meth head move. Josh Duhamel better watch out because Fergie admits she was once married to her crystal meth crackpipe.
Miss Black Eyed Pea got peed off after being upstaged at a recent celebrity golf tournament thrown by Michael Jordan in the Bahamas. During one of Fergie's numbers, the pop star proceeded to pass the mic around to different celebrities in the audience. Eventually, the singer approached Actor/Comedian Flex Alexander (Snakes on a Plane/ UPN's One on One) who, by the way, was one of the players in the tournament and is one of the top 10 celebrity golfers (celebritygolf.com).
Conceding that he is not the best of singers, Flex suggested that Fergie hand the mic to his wife, Pop/R&B sensation, Shanice. WHAT'D HE DO THAT FOR, because all hell broke loose when Fergie obliged, much to her chagrin. Shanice, although put on the spot in her shyness, proceeded to give a modest sampling of what she can do with a mic, which brought the audience to their feet, giving the star a standing ovation, which subsequently vexed Fergie into a fit of rage to the point of snatching the mic out of the bashful diva's hand. Fergie then proceeded to take out a few dollars and stuff it down Shanice's bra, in a pathetic attempt to further discredit the lady.
Not yet satisfied with the level of her outburst, the trollop then asked Shanice what her name was, well aware that she grew up with Shanice while they worked together on the '80s tv show, Kids Incorporated, and has obviously run into her at random entertainment events that they were both in attendance for. After Shanice answered with perplexity, Fergie continued the vendetta by repeating Shanice's name to the a-listed audience, but pronouncing her name wrong.
After the show, everybody enthusiastically ran up to Shanice, telling her that she killed it; raving about how she "sang her behind off." Many people stated that they wished Fergie had let Shanice keep the mic because, in their words, Fergie sucked and Shanice was fantastic. Several people stated that they were angered at the way Fergie disrespected Shanice and vowed to never support Fergie again.
Magic Johnson, Derek Jeter, Gabrielle Union, Sanaa Lathan, Nicole Ari Parker were just a few of the guests who attended the gala..all of whom gave Shanice high accolades for her exceptional talent, and her tact and poise while dealing with such a sticky situation. Kudos Shanice! source

Sundance continues until January 25th with the 25th anniversary celebration of the indie festival. Nia Long joined Chris Rock who premiered his new documentary "Good Hair" which is in competition. Mariah Carey and her hubby Nick Cannon both went indie with starring roles in films at the festival.
It's seem like anybody who is on the A-list party hopped at Sundance and headed out of town to Washington D.C to attend Barack Obama's historic inauguration.
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon walked the red carpet at Sundance then jetted to the Inauguration.
Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore attended the Park City premiere of Ashton's sexy gigolo flick "Spread". Dashmi were spotted in D.C. at the Entertainment Industry Foundation "A New Era of Service" Breakfast at Ballou Senior High School with Tobey Maguire and Martin Luther King III.
The Sundance Film Festival wouldn't be complete without an annual cameo appearance by party gal heiress Paris Hilton.

The Sundance sales market took a brief spin around the
ballroom this weekend, even as many of its larger players
maintained their recent positions along the wall.
WMA and CAA engineered a low- to mid-seven-figure sale of Antoine
Fuqua's police drama "Brooklyn's Finest," with upstart Senator
Distribution and partner Sony buying North Americans rights to the
Millennium Films project. The purchase was a rarity in the current
film-fest market: a decisive offer that culminated in a less than
24 hours after a movie premiered.
But the "Finest" deal failed to ignite a larger sales frenzy, with
some of the specialty world's biggest players, including Focus and
Fox Searchlight, yet to make serious noise in Park City.
And a number of the most expectation-laden titles that premiered
over the weekend -- which included the Ashton Kutcher dramedy
"Spread," Shana Feste's family-tragedy drama "The Greatest" and the
Michael Cera quasi-doc "Paper Heart" -- had not as of press time
closed a deal after their Saturday debuts.
The lack of a major sale to follow "Finest" -- which coming into
the fest was read by some as a bellwether for the sales market --
put some veterans in a pessimistic mood.
But the exec who bought the Fuqua film said little should be read
into what followed that deal. "Not all good films have a strong
identity, and those deals take a little longer to come together,"
Senator president Mark Urman said. "We were just fortunate to
encounter on the day we arrived a film that does have an identity
and fits with what we want to do." source
Has the Sundance Film Festival lost its prestige? Is it the economy, inauguration or over commercialization of Robert Redford's 25-year-old independent film festival that has alienated the A-list crowd and instead provided a playground for psuedo-celebs to pose and party for well, no real reason at all?
Pop Tarts noticed that the one woman getting most of the attention in the oddly quiet (and much warmer than normal) Park City on Saturday was none other than "Hogan Knows Best" star, Linda Bollea. So what was she doing at a film fest? Like most celebs in town, a whole lot of nothing.
Donning a terrible fur coat and pink lipstick, Bollea paraded her 19-year-old boytoy Charlie Hill up and down Main Street to fully utilize the photo op and at one point traffic controllers had to stop the cars in every direction as so many "fans" and paps were crazily rushing to get a snap of the happy-to-pose twosome. Although perhaps it was more a case of follow the pack as most snappers were asking "Who are we taking a photo of again?"
Sundance wouldn't be Sundance if perennial party-princess Paris Hilton didn't make a star-studded appearance and if you thought she was itty-bitty before, you should see her now. Super super-slim Paris flew in on the posh private ExpressJet Friday evening after hanging around the L.A hangar at a VIP cocktail party with 30 tons of real snow, accompanied by the likes of Brittany Snow (plus her co-stars in the Sundance hit "The Vicious Kind") and Demi Moore.
Moore laid low on the trip and was clearly missing her beloved Ashton Kutcher who caught ExpressJet's earlier flight into Salt Lake City. The stunning starlet used every opportunity to chat to her "Spread" star both before take-off and immediately after landing. But in the air the obviously very loved-up Ms. Moore enjoyed a beer while admiring the blown-up desktop pic of her and Kutcher touching tongues. Charming.
The majority of "celebs" strolling the Sundance streets and hitting the hotspots basically had no reason to be in town and were the likes of fired "Danity Kane" diva Aubrey O'Day, George Clooney's former flame Sarah Larson, Tila Tequila's ex Courtneay Semel (who Pop Tarts spied making out with her on-again/off-again heiress lover Casey Johnson at TAO nightclub) and even Kevin Federline's ex Shar Jackson. Shar was apparently so desperate for freebies she drove all the way up with her kids from Los Angeles just to attend the gifting lounges.
So obviously the paps were pretty pleased to finally have the opportunity to harass the slightly more famous Hilton sisters and DJ AM as they picked at their salads as the MySpace Cafe on Saturday. source

GaGa - whose real name is Stafani Joanne Germanotta - told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Paris and Nicky Hilton went to my school. They're very pretty, and very, very clean. It's impressive to be that perfect all the time. In commercial terms, they've been quite an influence on me."
Stefani - who used to be a go-go dancer - has been spotted walking around London in freezing temperatures this week wearing skimpy hot pants and corsets while she promotes her chart-topping track 'Just Dance'.
Rather than covering up, she said: "Look at me - I'm fiercely tanned and very orange!"

The car cost $US 200,000. It was a Christmas present to herself.

Paris Hilton had two million dollars of jewellery stolen from her home last night. And that's despite living in a gated community, where security are supposed to keep thieves and unwanted people out.
Paris was partying with Perez Hilton at the time.
Not a good Christmas present, that's for sure. Maybe she'll be given even more jewellery to make up for the theft. Santa beware!

According to In Touch Magazine, Britney’s father Jamie Spears and her manager Larry Rudolph got together to dream up a list of potential boyfriends for Britney, to help boost her upcoming tour.
